For the Chief of Police of our fair city, Oakland, (who made it a point to come out to our National Night Out Block Party) because he has possibly the hardest job in the entire state of California. And for all police officers everywhere, may they be safe tonight and every night.

For His City
I would like to simply pray for the youth of Baltimore City. For such a small city, they are forced to deal with huge problems that only seem to be amplified by this city's compulsion to handicap itself. RECREATION, education & police protection are at risk.

Speedy Recovery
Please pray for the quick recovery a little girl in our town who had an accident this week. She is improving, but her family could use the support.
Safe Travel
For all of the students returning to college, or starting college this month, we pray for safe travels and wonderful new beginnings.
